					<description>I agree with you completely - that is the reason why Cumberland County was split in two in the last census - to ensure that York County would remain the main part of the district.</description>

					<description>I think its safe to say that the 19th District is much more complex than most people realize.  I don't know much about Tom's race, but even without a million mistakes, Platts has always taken advantage of the fact that the York side dominates the outcome, rather than the Cumberland side.  Cumberland candidates, whether it be Charlie Gerow or Al Masland or Tom Glennon, have come close, but never been able to find a way over that moderate hurdle that York provides.  I think they key to owning that district is either playing it down the middle, which we've seen clearly works, or playing to the conservative Cumberland crowd and finding other divisive issues to fight for on behalf of the Yorkers.</description>
