I'd be thrilled if I could put faith behind Denny O'Brien as any kind of leader for the reform movement. Unfortunately, the fact that he is a Republican nominated by DeWeese sours any chance of him being a breath of fresh air. My guess is his reform will start and end in today's speech - more effort to reach out in a bipartisan fashion, which coincidentally happens to cater to the Democrats who put him in this position. Call me wrong, call me cynical, but I see this as a case of the Haves introducing a new member to the circle.
