					<description>I can see the logical conclusion - Doug makes good business decisions for the county, ergo he'd make a good elected official.  The problem is that Doug was at CCCED and then decided to open private practice and charge the county double for the same services.  A man can have all the horse sense in the world, but decisions like that speak volumes about his commitment to public service.  Or maybe you know something I don't?</description>
